ABOUT
RTM Design & Drafting Services was created from the concept that developing a design and seeing it come to life should be a rewarding experience. My goal is to bring the client's vision into a reality and for everyone to walk away feeling excited about the outcome and happy you took the journey.
I offer design, drafting and consultation services for commercial developments, retail spaces, and residential housing. I have over 10 years of experience working on a variety of projects, ranging from multi family residential dwellings, single family detached homes to full scale commercial developments and everything in between. Open communication, due-diligence, hard work, while having fun, are all keys to a successful partnership. Our journey starts from our first introduction meeting, through the design phase, DP/BP permit submissions and construction phases concluding with a smooth sail to project completion.
I was born, raised and educated in the beautiful country of New Zealand. I moved to Canada to marry my beautiful wife and 20 years later I have embraced Canadian life as a business owner and a hockey dad of two boys.
